Since its inception 80 years ago, SANVEST has been characterised by its construction DNA. Today, it is the majority shareholder and actively participates in the board of directors and management of the construction company DANACORP , through which it executes projects for its own real estate company.

With quality as its hallmark, its main works include residential buildings in the Metropolitan Region, in communities such as Santiago Centro, San Miguel, Ñuñoa and La Florida, among others.
