Currently, SANVEST owns the construction company DANACORP , actively participating in its Board of Directors and management. Through DANACORP, he executes projects for his own real estate division. His main projects include residential buildings in the Metropolitan Region, in districts such as Santiago Centro, San Miguel, Ñuñoa, and La Florida, among others.

Recently, the construction company E. Molina Morel (EMM) also joined the group, a company with which there is a history of collaboration and joint projects. The experience and prestige of both brands combine to boost the development and growth of the construction industry in the country.
